History of Company
The story of Tidy Homes And Lawns starts in 2010 when the founder of the company, Tina Eaton, began working for herself as a cleaner so she could have the flexible hours she needed as a single mum to raise her daughter and care for her mentally disabled mother.
In 2019 Tina registered her business with the NDIS so she could keep working with one of her favorite clients who was living with a disability. Having many years of experience as a carer, and cleaner it was not long before word of mouth had local NDIS businesses calling to book in Services for their NDIS clients.
Tina saw a gap in the NDIS market for quality cleaning and gardening services that meet the unique needs of people with disability. In line with NDIS requirements Tidy Homes and Lawns was created to offer a unique, personally tailored service to help people living with disability feel better understood, respected and ultimately happy in knowing that their needs are understood by their provider.
Due to client’s diverse needs, we work hard to find Staff that have the right work ethics, and work practices. This includes a knowledge and understanding on how to work with people with disability according to the NDIS Code of conduct.
