Tidy Homes and Lawns is operated by Tina Eaton. This page explains the information requested through our website and how it is used when you enquire about or arrange cleaning, gardening and home support services.

Information you share with us

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, the type of support you are enquiring about and your message. Our referral forms also ask for the client’s service address, requested work, visit preferences, relevant access and safety information, an emergency contact, and funding and billing details.

For NDIS referrals, we ask for plan and agreement dates, relevant service budgets, the plan manager or invoice recipient and the person authorised to sign an agreement. A participant number and date of birth can be provided directly to Tina instead of through the website. For aged care referrals, we ask for the provider or care manager, service approval and invoice instructions.

Sharing someone else’s details

Please only refer another person when you have permission or authority to share their information and arrange contact. Tell them what you are providing where appropriate. Only include information relevant to the requested service. Do not send full NDIS or care plans, medical records, unrelated diagnoses, payment-card details or key and access codes through these forms.

Why we request this information

We use enquiry and referral details to respond to you, check service availability, understand the work requested, prepare quotes and service agreements, coordinate visits and arrange billing. Emergency contact details are requested for service-related emergencies. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking, funding approval or a signed agreement.

You can make a general enquiry without completing a detailed referral. If you prefer not to provide particular information online, call us to discuss another way to provide it. Missing details may need to be confirmed before a quote or service can be arranged.

Who may need the information

Service arrangements may involve the client, their authorised representative, the nominated support coordinator, plan manager, aged care provider or care manager, and the people delivering or administering the agreed work. Information should be limited to what each person needs for that role. Please tell Tina about any restrictions on who may be contacted or receive service information.

Website forms and service records

Website form submissions are sent to our business email for follow-up. Relevant details may also form part of quotes, agreements, scheduling, billing and service records. Website hosting, email and other service systems may process information as part of providing those services. Please contact Tina if you need details about the systems used, storage locations, access arrangements or retention of a particular record.

No online transmission is completely risk-free. Please use the forms only for the information requested and contact us before sending sensitive documents. Requests to delete information will be considered alongside any records that need to be kept for service, accounting or legal reasons.

Cookies and spam protection

This website uses WordPress and form spam protection. The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may process browser, device and interaction information to identify spam. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service. WordPress also uses cookies for website administration and sign-in. You can manage cookies in your browser; restricting them may affect some website features.

Questions, access, corrections or concerns

Contact Tina if you want to ask about information held about you, request access or a correction, discuss deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Please describe the request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to confirm your identity or authority before releasing or changing records.
